Very hard to see, forest dragons are shy creatures that blend with the surrounding nature, and are hidden by it. You are very lucky if allowed to see one. This is one of the few drawings of this fantastic dragon.

This is my new fabric pattern, in three color versions… by far the harder to get finished was the color one, and it might need to change when I see the color test. Monsters and the sea, old maps, traveling subconscious oceans.

A fun but exhausting end of year project, a mask as part of my daughter’s costume for the play at her school. Working late at night and trying to remember how my dad did this stuff so many years ago when he did my birthday piñatas. A lot of work for the minute and a half that she was on stage… She opened the play, but first graders had only the first minutes on stage. Well, it was worth it anyway!

Designing a new pattern for fabric, this time with and old sea monster theme, like the ones from old maps. This a test repeat for the module, almost final. Is time to ink the master module.
Continuing my test with the ceramic markers, things are going well. I found the right time and temp. This is my last try, testing the red marker. It works fine. I also tested a color pencil that draw on the ceramic, so I can at least do some structural lines. It didn’t interfered with the marker! Happy. Drawing in curve surfaces can be tricky!
